Royal Blue base fabric with Black dyed over it with a longer loose short sleeve, Not too long so you can wear jeans or pants, loose fitting and comfortable, has a flare @ the bottom. This one is BLACK with a little Rich Blue. Made of 95% Rayon 5%Spandex, nice loose fit - all of the hips flare out, New Pattern, Loose Sleeve, Modest V Neck, Barely longer on the bottom sides (my new favorite pattern)
